If the entire motor coach is rented by one member of the group, then the motor coach will arrive at the central location for the entire group to depart from one of the following provided central locations listed below on the scheduled dates.

Please review our
Terms Service Agreement in regards to your property and your vehicle for the duration of your service. Eastern Shore Transit will not be responsible for your vehicle under any circumstances while using our transportation services. All Park & Rides are public places and accessible to all.
Maximum Duration
The maximum duration can vary depending on which amusement park we visit. For example, the commute to Kings Dominion is about 3 hours and 30 minutes factoring in the possibility of traffic.This would only permit for the group to stay at the park for no more than 9 hours.
Weather
In the event of unpredictable weather, the amusement parks will still be open unless of severe lighting storms. Eastern Shore Transit monitors the weather with
AccuWeather to ensure no weather interference or the duration of the trip to be minimize.
Reschedule
In the event of weather or any other circumstance outside of Eastern Shore Transit that would result in a rescheduling of your transportation service for the scheduled date, Eastern Shore Transit will not provide any refunds, but will ensure customers are rescheduled to the next available date or receive a credit based on the discretion of Eastern Shore Transit. Please refer to our
Refund Policy for further details.
Payment Plans
We now offer customers payment plans for amusement park services. Customers can start paying on their seats and entry into the park as early as 3 months prior to the date of service. Our payment plan option gives customers the opportunity to make up to three payments on your services without the inconvenience and pressure of a full payment charge. Once you received your invoice or quote from Eastern Shore Transit, please review our
payment plan options and policies to see if your service or service total amount qualifies for a payment plan.
