We provide resources, if needed, to aid you or your family member for the duration of their service upon request at the time of booking. 

Assistance 

We provide our senior clientele with assistance in and out of the vehicle, to run errands and or with baggage with grocery assistance. 

Aide

Our chauffeurs will be the aide to our senior clientele to their doctors appointment.

There are already transportation companies available, why do I need this service?

Because companies don't believe in the care or in aiding our seniors anymore, we developed a service catered to seniors that will meet the expectations. Most transportation companies do not give the safety and security needed as a senior to maneuver in the world with confidence. Eastern Shore Transit provides security by treating our senior clients as our family. You or your family will not have to be concerned about the commute and transportation experience with us. 

What to Expect

Carpool Rides 
Our carpool service is available for clients going  to the  same destinations for a more economic approach to traveling. You can call or text us to arrange carpool services with other Eastern Shore Transit customers or family, friends, colleagues, and other trusted partners on your behalf. Carpool rides are not available for Doctor Appointments with an aide service to ensure the best care.

Our Duration Options ONLY consist of:

>30-Minute Duration One-Way
 
>1-Hour Duration One-Way

>Doctors Appointment with aide are per hour. 

Please advise that for senior customers who will have their own caregivers aiding them on their transportation service is accepted with no additional cost for 30-Minute or 1-Hour duration.

Doctors Appointment Services
We provide our senior clientele or the family booking the service,  the option to have our chauffeurs to provide aid to and during the doctor's visits with a clear and contractual understanding of confidentiality of our clients. The purpose for this service is to help families who are not able to attend the doctor's appointment with their loved one, but need to be informed, need the reassurance of the safety and care of their family, and the need of the transportation service. This service is per hour and still gives the option for our clients to stop at commercial properties within the duration of the booked time frame,  to complete any needed errands prior to their final destination. 


 
Commercial Stops
Senior Transportation Service does offer stops to commercial properties only within the booked time of service. We do not allow customers to make any residential stops for the safety and preservation of our chauffeurs and services. Stops are permitted for you, but frequent stops would be considered errand assistance which can exceed your booked time frame resulting in fees and or additional cost. It is our customers' discretion and responsibility on how to use their scheduled transportation service to avoid the fees and cost. Please view our Terms Service Agreement for more details. 



First Step
You choose and trust Eastern Shore Transit to provide you or your family with excellent transportation service with an understanding of our terms service agreement. 

Second Step
You booked the transportation service needed for the selected date 24 hours prior to the service date. After you booked your ride service, you will receive a follow-up call, text and or email for additional and confirmation of details.

Third Step
On the day of service, our chauffeurs arrive at your pick up address and the provided card used to reserve your appointment will be charged for the full amount and additional charges or fees if any at the end of service.

Fifth Step
The selected transportation service is provided with frequent and thorough communication at all times when the family of the client arranges the transportation service. When the client is  in our care we provide constant communication via text or phone! No exceptions, we want to ease the fear and worry of the whereabouts of your family. If our seniors clients use our aide to a doctors appointment, our team will inform you the status of the service. Senior customers reserve the right to demand confidentiality of their service. We encourage all families to be on one accord and will respect everyone in this matter no matter the circumstances, but with communication to both involved parties.
