Pickup locations?
At the time of booking your seat, you will be given the option to choose which pick up location you prefer to depart from. The location will also be provided in your reservation/ticket.

Can I dress to the theme?
Yes, you can dress to match the 70s parties theme, 90s theme and more!
How long is the service?
Prepare for an all day event! Average 12 hours.
Any payment plans?
Yes, all tickets must be paid for 1 month prior to the event. We book our events one- two years out in order to make payment arrangments.
Can I take food to go?
No, you cannot take any food to go including crabs. There are cameras and you will be indivually responsible.

The transportation service was pleasant, the food was enjoyable, and the cruise along with the fireworks made the experience! The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that I wish we could have a bit more time to enjoy the buffet. I understand it's for 2 hours, but with so much food and drinks served all at once, it can feel a bit rushed at times, especially when you’re eager to join in on dancing and other activities. An extension to at least 3 hours would definitely enhance the experience.

I encourage you to watch our candid review of the Crab Cruise experience, where we offer suggestions to enhance the feast portion. If crabs are your priority, I suggest you focus on them while reserving the dancing for the boat and enjoying food and drinks during the final 30 minutes of the feast. This way, you’ll have an hour and a half to enjoy the crabs.
We had an incredible experience on the Crab and Cruise! Booking our tickets online was a breeze, and we quickly received confirmation. Opting to book in advance allowed us to comfortably manage our payments for the tickets. The communication was outstanding; our charter made two pick-up stops, and every passenger was kept informed about the vehicle's status! It was an unforgettable adventure! Be prepared to spend approximately 14 hours outdoors. It’s definitely worth it!

My wife and I book tickets from New York to the Crab and Cruise and it was a great experience from the bus trip to the venue. Highly recommended, the only suggestion is to bring your charger and a portable charger.

Our group successfully arranged individual ticket bookings for a dedicated charter bus exclusively for our organization! This streamlined the process significantly and spared us the complexities of managing details for every individual. Each of the 56 passengers took responsibility for their own booking, and all we needed to do was log into our company account to verify each ticket. I also appreciated how our team-building opportunity, allowed each guest to book their ticket while still charging it to our company account only. It was a very organized experience! Eagerly anticipating 2025 Crab & Cruise!
