We are seeking an administrative assistant to support the brand's growth by integrating you into the business. This role encompasses both Administrative Assistant and Customer Service responsibilities. It serves as an excellent starting point to enhance your professional and customer service skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Job Expectations:
Handle administration requests and queries from outside and inside partners.
Organizing and scheduling appointments using our online booking site.
Answering phone calls and providing support to best serve our clients requests.
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, quotes, and orders.
Maintain a filing system.
Order office supplies, literature, and promotional materials.
Maintain client/ customer contact lists.
Qualifications:
Job Type: Full- Time/ Part-Time positions up to 40 hours a week
Experience: Entry- Level Preferred
Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required)
License: None
Drivers License: Preferred, not required
