Expectations:
- Drivers MUST have PSC and/or CDL and licensed through Maryland Public Service commission office
- Vehicles must be licensed properly PSC, USDOT and meet state federal roadway/highway regulations.
- Drivers must be professionally dress and respectful to client's service.
Connectivity – Guarantees dependable and timely service for your clientele. With our software, we can keep everyone connected. The driver, the customer and dispatch for all affiliating companies. We automated our systems to process our dispatch logs, GPS tracking and safety logs through our OBD vehicle scanners to prevent client service interference.
Chauffeur Communications– All chauffeurs must be listed in our system to receive details of the reservation and provide our customers and yours access to communicate directly with chauffeurs and view the status of vehicles.
