We provide towels, beach activities, umbrellas tents and more. Our beach amenities are available for the duration of the service.

Portable Phone Chargers

We provide our customers using shuttle service a 6000mAh portable charger to charge your cellular device (I Phone/Android) and or tablet available only for the duration of your ride.

Extended Stay

There is nothing worse than your fun being rushed to end. We ensure our customers get 6-8 hours to enjoy the day!

I can just drive to the beach myself!

Yes, it's true. You and your family can pack up the family vehicle and travel to either Ocean City, MD or Virginia Beach. Yes, if you don't have transportation, you can just rent a vehicle to get to the beach. But here are the facts, most people who drive do not enjoy themselves because they have to spend almost 6- 8 hours driving alone to and from the beach which means the driver will have to sleep on the beach for the majority of the trip, missing time with their family or their accompanied party. The cost to accommodate a family trip up to thirteen to the beach can be challenging to facilitate. With this option, the entire group can commute in one vehicle instead of separate vehicles, save on the cost of gas, renting a vehicle and the biggest challenge of them all, driving across the bay bridge if that is your fear which it is for most people traveling to Ocean City, MD.

What to Expect

If the entire 15 passenger is rented by one member of the group, then the van will arrive at the central location which can be a home address for the entire group to depart from. Otherwise, all customers will depart from one of the following provided central locations listed below on the scheduled dates

Bus Accessible: Google or Apple Maps for the best route from your location to the destination (Bus Routes, City Link, Light Rail and or Subway station)

Downtown, Baltimore

Address: Provided upon booking (address may vary downtown to ensure everyone can park and safety is ensured)

Parking: Parking spots Available (We will ensure parking is available)

Bus Accessible: Google or Apple Maps for the best route from your location to the destination once provided in advance prior to the departure date (Bus Routes, City Link, Light Rail and or Subway station)

Security Park & Ride/ Security Square Mall

Please review our Terms Service Agreement in regards to your property and your vehicle for the duration of your service. Eastern Shore Transit will not be responsible for your vehicle under any circumstances while using our transportation services. All Park & Rides are public places and accessible to all.

Minimum Duration

The duration of the trip can vary depending on the weather conditions such as unexpected storms, or unforeseen circumstances we do not have control of. Eastern Shore Transit will monitor the weather so that you and your family can eventually return to the beach, but with permission of the overseers of the beach. Severe storms will prevent families from going back to the beach, however, the boardwalk and other activities will remain open.

Weather

Eastern Shore Transit does monitor storms, severe weather and hurricanes with AccuWeather. (In the event we have to conclude the trip early, Eastern Shore Transit will not provide any refunds because we ensure that rescheduled dates are available if storms are expected the date of the scheduled trip.)

Reschedule

In the event of weather or any other circumstance outside of Eastern Shore Transit that would result in a rescheduling of your transportation service for the scheduled date, Eastern Shore Transit will not provide any refunds, but will ensure customers are rescheduled to the next available date or receive a credit based on the discretion of Eastern Shore Transit. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

Payment Plans

We now offer customers payment plans for their desired services. Customers can start paying on their Family day at the beach transportation as early as 6 months prior to the date of service. Our payment plan option gives customers the opportunity to make up to 4 payments on your services without the inconvenience and pressure of a full payment charge. Once you received your invoice or quote from Eastern Shore Transit, please review our payment plan options and policies to see if your service or service total amount qualifies for a payment plan.
